AD Counter is an ad measurement system that Live Revolution Co., Ltd., a Tokyo-based smartphone advertising agency founded in 2000, develops in-house and operates on its own measurement domain, adclr.jp. We use AD Counter for the ads of the advertisers we serve as an agency; our operations staff handle all setup and operation, and we deliver reports to our advertiser clients through AD Counter and other tools. AD Counter measures clicks and conversions for ads on Google Ads, Meta, LINE Yahoo Ads and other platforms across devices, supports Google Ads parallel tracking, and continues measuring under browser tracking prevention such as Safari ITP. Its click tracking is designed in line with the guidelines of Google's Transparent Click Tracker Certification program. The tracking URL set as the ad's link states the destination page URL in a query parameter. When a user clicks the ad, AD Counter on adclr.jp records the click and redirects the user to that destination only if it is a trusted URL, so the destination is never hidden. AD Counter also provides cross-media performance reports and manages tracking URLs and tags on behalf of our clients. Users can turn off targeted ads at any time on the ad preference page.
